Phil has been on the path of healing and seeking truth ever since a near death experience when he was 18.

Over the past ten years I established The Lighthouse Center which is a 501 C-3 non-profit that is focused on finding the most powerful modalities on the planet to support individual transformation so that the lighthouse each individual actually is, can shine brightly as they share their gifts with the world that needs so much help at this time. The metaphor of the lighthouse can explain what Breath Detox actually does to create such a powerful and immediate result. Breath Detox is like the bucket of soapy water and squeegee that cleans the windows in the lantern room where the light is located. We all, through the course of our lives, have dirt and grime that accumulate on those windows.

There is now science that proves our ancestral trauma’s get passed onto us as well. Unless we ‘wash those windows’ with energetic cleanses that move stuck energy out of our body, we will be dimmed down in direct proportion to that grime on those windows.

Yes, a scary proposition to the mind since it likes familiarity, even if it’s a painful familiarity that does nothing more than recycle that pain throughout our lives. ‘Peeling the layers of that onion’ can free us from any constrictive energies and beliefs that result in living life from our authentic selves. A recent discovery surrounded the realization a much more empowered experience than love itself is living fully from authenticity in one’s life.
