Soul Tones

What is it? 

Soul Tones is the combination of several modalities into a simple and gentle experience that makes it easier to untangle heavy and disruptive beliefs that keep us stuck in fear, doubt, or limitation. 


Your senses are invited into the experience and both hemispheres of your brain are invited into harmony. When both sides of your brain are working in harmony then your nervous system can feel stable and safe. When your nervous system is stable your body can feel calm, and that creates a safe place where you can look at the beliefs that enter your awareness - there is no threat.



At every step:

The experience is about presence, not performance. 

  • choice > instruction
  • reflection > compliance
  • resonance > assimilation


If anything begins to feel too much, place your hand on your body and simply say to yourself: ‘I am here now.’ You can step outside or close your eyes. Your pace is sacred.



Why this matters:

We experience and express consciousness in various spheres / layers / energy fields / planes of existence, and each system of belief gives them a name.  

   Body — Act and feel.
  Energy — Animate and move.
  Emotion — Connect and reflect.
  Mind — Understand and choose.
  Soul — Remember and align.
  Spirit — Merge and radiate.
  Source — Dissolve and renew.


To allow the experience to be simple, effective,  and powerful;  we will use language that can connect, beyond the emotional and mental spheres, to our whole being in all spheres of consciousness in a way that becomes a beacon that illuminates what we have forgotten and a tuning fork that reveals our living truth.


Even if you do not speak, your presence shifts this field. Silence can be an important and valid response.



What to anticipate:

A session is typically between 2 and 3 hours so that you can be fully present and in the moment without the stress of rushing or missing any part of it. There is not anything to memorize or write down. Everything is repeated and written down for you so that you can be present with your experience.


We use gentle music that supports the nervous system and assists the energy flow. The music is typically solfeggio tones or bi-neural beats so that our bodies' frequencies are in harmony with the Earth's frequency - a natural grounding. 


There are four segments of this experience - the first three are personal then the rest is as a group

  1. Gentle guided meditation to welcome forward your presence and set the stage
  2. Declarations of recalibration that are anchors of resonance
  3. Questions of realignment that are tuning forks of truth
  4. Reflections and integration - by choice, we can reflect as a group on what was discovered


Every step is optional, meaning, you are in charge of your experience and responsible for doing what your body requires for safety.

We begin by reflecting on what each of us is feeling and noticing within ourselves and our environment - the things that feel important or relevant to us and are in some way bringing us down. These things form the basis of our session and a list of declarations and questions is intuitively formed.


We then introduce a few somatic techniques that can be used for anchoring new found clarity. When we all feel comfortable and ready, we use a gentle somatic technique to activate both sides of our brains and to stabilize our nervous systems.


A short guided meditation welcomes your senses that are ready and willing to participate. Each segment is intended to deepen the experience if and when you are ready and willing.


                    Declarations:

One at a time, the intuitively obtained list of declarations is read out loud so that all of your senses can be fully present with the declaration. If it resonates, you are welcome to use one of the somatic techniques to anchor it into your awareness. If it does not resonate, that is ok - that awareness is also an anchor to your existing truth. 


There is not a right or wrong - only awareness and presence. Each declaration is written down and is available to you at the end of the session - no stress to write anything or to take you out of the moment.


Each declaration is read out loud multiple times with a pause to allow presence and awareness of any and all subtle messages that your body might be communicating to you. The declarations are anchors of resonance - beginning points for awareness and calibration.


                    Questions:

One at a time, the intuitively obtained list of questions is read out loud so that all of your senses can be fully present with each question. The questions are for alignment. The questions are designed to gently hum against your inner truth in a way that unravels entangled ideas and reveals where you are already whole.


                    Integration:

Once all of the declarations and questions are processed, the space is opened for group reflection to share, at your choice and comfort. Sometimes there is additional discovery, growth, and clarity that can only be reflected back through community.



Final notes:

The declarations and questions are available to be photographed, copied to your paper, and emailed to you at your request. There is an opportunity to join the newsletter, explore community, offer honest feedback, support the expansion of this project, and contribute to the scholarships of others
